Hi!
My name is Emily McDonah, I'm living a stones throw away from Peggy's Cove, NS, I was diagnosed with Schwannomatosis about three years ago; and have been fighting to find effective treatment of my symptoms which include chronic, electric pain; tremor; anxiety and depression; and recovering from numerous surgeries.
I'm in a rural area with two young kids, two dogs, two cats and a home-based business. I would love to start a coversation where we can discuss symptoms, treatments, misery, and inspiration! I hope to hear from more of you!

Me checking in again. Since my last post I've been formally diagnosed with NF2. That was a surprise.
How long has it taken you all to be diagnosed? Was it an easy process?
